Agnès Tricoire

Agnès TRICOIRE has been practicing as a Lawyer since 1989. Doctorate in law  since 2013, after a PHD in Paris I (Panthéon Sorbonne University), on the subject of "Definition of the work of art", under Professor Pierre Sirinelli’s direction, Agnès TRICOIRE regularly teaches at the University and trains the staff working in cultural institutions and for the Ministry of Culture.

Her firm has developed a recognized expertise in Intellectual Property, as both legal advisors and in litigation. The firm's practice areas concerns all aspects of Intellectual Property and construction law, not only in France, but throughout the world, in partnership, when necessary, with Local law firms (Amsterdam, Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, London, Madrid, New York, Los Angeles, Miami …).
